I have specialized for more than twenty years in the representation of luxury and equestrian properties, serving both buyers and sellers in complex and high-value transactions. Prior to entering the real estate profession, I spent thirty years in IT consulting, progressing from technical design and development roles to executive leadership. For the final thirteen years of that career, I owned and led the growth of a nationwide consulting firm, overseeing strategic expansion, client engagement, and contract negotiations until its successful sale.
Following that transition, I brought my analytical discipline, negotiation expertise, and business acumen into real estate-where I discovered a renewed passion for guiding clients through some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. Drawing upon decades of experience in marketing across multiple platforms, structuring sophisticated agreements, and managing complex projects, I provide clients with both strategic insight and meticulous execution.
The purchase or sale of a premier property-often a client's most substantial personal or investment asset-can be intricate and, at times, stressful. My role is to anticipate challenges, provide clear guidance, negotiate diligently, and manage each phase of the transaction with discretion and care. I am committed to creating a seamless experience while protecting my clients' interests at every stage.
Most importantly, this work is more than a profession; it is a vocation. I derive genuine satisfaction from helping clients achieve their goals with confidence and clarity, and I look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
On a personal note, I have ridden horses for most of my life across multiple disciplines, which naturally informs my understanding and representation of equestrian properties. I am also deeply committed to dog rescue and have shared my home with a range of breeds-from Great Danes to my current rescued English Setter. In addition, I maintain a small sculpture studio in my home and previously studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where I developed a lasting appreciation for form, design, and craftsmanship.
